This policy explains the information handled by this ReManeRX teaser website.

WhatsApp launch enquiries

The teaser’s WhatsApp button opens a chat with the number already linked on this website. Clicking it does not submit a signup to this app. If you send a message, the recipient can see your phone number, message and any profile information WhatsApp makes available. We use information you send to respond to your enquiry and, if you request them, send launch updates. You can ask in that chat to stop receiving updates or to delete your messages from our records.

WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy policy. Please read WhatsApp’s privacy policy before using it.

Contact form

The contact form collects your name, email address, message and consent to store and use those details to respond. The app stores these fields, a submission identifier and the submission time in its database. It does not send an email automatically or subscribe you to marketing updates. Please do not include medical records or other sensitive information.

Technical information and external services

The website uses hosting services to deliver pages. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP addresses. The app’s request logs record request methods, URL paths, response statuses and timing. The contact endpoint applies a short-lived, in-memory limit using a hash of your submitted email address to reduce repeated submissions. It does not save your IP address with your message.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve them. The current app code does not add analytics tracking, advertising cookies or a signup cookie.

Use, retention and your choices

Contact details are stored to handle your enquiry. The app does not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. To request access, correction or deletion, contact us using the contact page or the existing WhatsApp chat. We do not intentionally publish your submissions. Hosting and database services process the data needed to operate this app.
